SUMMER INSTRUCTIONAL BASKETBALL CLINIC

Please mark your calendars for the week of July 10-15 and July 17-24. Annunciation Cathedral, under the direction of Mike Canellos, is offering a basketball instructional clinic for boys and girls, ages 8-14. The girls basketball clinic will take place July 10 through July 15, and the boys basketball clinic will take place July 17-24. Both clinics will take place in the Cathedral’s Korinthias Gym. The clinic is designed to teach the fundamentals of the game and to improve the skills of children who already know something about the game. We are pleased to announce that we will have guest instructors teach the sessions. These instructors have distinguished themselves in basketball by playing not only here at the Annunciation Cathedral but on the college level as well. The clinic is free for members of the Cathedral. A fee of $100 will apply to non-members. For further information, please call 415 864-8815.

ANNUNCIATION 7th ANNUAL FAMILY CAMPING TRIP

A sell-out, year after year, Annunciation’s Family Camp, held at the Casini Ranch Family Campground along the Russian River, is now in its 7th year. Experience the beauty and excitement of California’s North Coast. One hundred twenty acres of family fun and a mile of sandy waterfront await you. A general store, hot showers, laundromat, playground and, of course, kitchen and eating facilities, are some of the facilities available on site.

This year’s camp will take place July 27-August 1.

The cost for a family of 2 persons, which includes all meals, is $370; for a family of 3 persons, it is $390; for a family of 4 persons it is $410; and, for a family of 5 persons, it is $430. Reservations and fees are due by July 1. For reservations and information, please call Ari Stratakis, Camp Director. Space is limited: reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.
