We are excited to invite you to a special sit-down luncheon on Sunday, October 20, 2024, immediately following Divine Liturgy, as we commemorate the 35th anniversary of the Loma Prieta Earthquake and celebrate the strength and dedication of our parishioners over the past three and a half decades.
This luncheon is free of charge as a gesture of our deep appreciation for the unwavering commitment and support you have shown to our parish throughout the years. However, we are kindly asking for donations and sponsors to help underwrite the event. All proceeds will go directly to our Building Fund to assist in completing the new Cathedral and ensuring that our spiritual home continues to thrive for generations to come.
In addition to the luncheon, our dance groups will perform, showcasing the vibrant culture that has been a cornerstone of our community. We will also display a photo slideshow highlighting the history of our parish, and we are calling on everyone to help us collect old photos of the original Cathedral.
