On Sunday October 31st we thanked, honored, and said farewell to our long-time Sunday School teacher Maria Allen. For decades Maria has devoted her time and attention to the supremely important ministry of teaching our youth about their Faith. Brittany Henderson presented Maria with a token of our appreciation and reiterated the importance of having willing volunteers to teach Sunday School. Both Brittany and Maria spoke beautifully and encouraged others to answer the call to become a Sunday School teacher. We wish Maria all the best and thank her again for her years of blessed service to Christ’s Church.
